The on-line appointment scheduler opens at 4:00pm on Thursday, October 9 to book appointments. 

The appointment scheduler closes at 4:00pm on Tuesday, October 21.

Click on the “Register” tab and fill in the registration form to create your account. Once you have successfully registered, you can login to the system and then register your children by name.
