The on-line appointment scheduler opens at 4:00pm on Friday, October 4, to book appointments. 

The appointment scheduler closes at 4:00pm on Wednesday, October 16.

Click on the “Register” tab and fill in the registration form to create your account. Once you have successfully registered, you can login to the system, and then register your children by name.
